Yingke Law Firm celebrates in Beijing its 15th anniversary

Yingke Law Firm celebrated its fifteenth anniversary on October 16th, at the prestigious Tsinghua University of Pekin

Yingke Law Firm’s amazing figures give an idea of the dimension of a law firm that has lived a 56%-increase of its turnover for 2015 only, and whose number of lawyers has already exceeded 4400, distributed among the 36 Chinese offices plus 31 firms abroad, and whose clients and turnover doesn’t stop growing, with a seize proper to the Asian giant.

The biggest law firm of the APAC region celebrated its fifteenth anniversary in Beijing last weekend, with an impressive event attended by thousands of Yingke’s lawyers, as well as companies’ and institutions’ representatives and also many clients. All of them enjoyed a professional, academic and artistic event, in which an overview of the first fifteen years of history was given, as well as talks on Yingke’s stimulating future and the capacity and professional awards earnt by Yingke teams of lawyers.

China’s most prestigious university, namely Tsinghua University, hosted the multitudinous event attended by more than 3000 persons, with a series of keynote speeches on the firm’s overview and its plans for the future, an award ceremony for lawyers and outstanding partners of the firm and finally, after the dinner, a series of shows where lawyers from several domestic and overseas Yingke offices proved they also had some undeniable creative and artistic abilities.

During the event, Juan José García, managing partner at Yingke Adarve, receive a prize for its outstanding contribution to the international development of Yingke. “When we joined Yingke two years and a half ago, Chinese investments in Spain were still incipient, but in 2015 there has been a 57% increase in regard to the former year, and we think this is only the beginning”, emphasized the attorney.

The overseas partners of Yingke have also had the opportunity to present the legal and economic framework of their respective countries and the best investment opportunities that could be found in each of them to a large audience of private and institutional investors.
